We fabricated a custom sink for a customer that saw in a foreign catalog, a sink that could not be reproduced in the U.S. (See Video at the bottom of this page). He just so happened to be setting up a Sake Brewery in Boston and asked if we could produce a Hydraulic Press for the volume of rice he intended to squeeze. With time, thought, and patience, we came up with the first Hydraulic Sake Press of it’s kind in the United States.

To give perspective of the size, the machine was designed to press 600 pounds of fermented rice in one fluid motion. It stands 7 feet tall, and with all the components it weights in at over 1,000 pounds. The customer was extremely happy with the uniqueness of design and ease of operation.
